Dundas Valley Golf & Curling Club

This full-scale clubhouse renovation, including the addition of two large gables, revitalized the historic club's look and feel.

Scope of Work:

• Complete renovation of the existing structure incorporating barrier-free accessibility.
• Existing 1963 clubhouse building was stripped down to its basic structure and incorporated into the redesign.
• Construction of multi-use facility that includes residential features with large scale locker/change rooms, meeting rooms, banquet/function space, restaurant/hospitality spaces, commercial kitchens, bag storage, and retail space.
• Phasing of existing facility in order to maintain curling and curling lounge facilities throughout the duration of the project.
