Our work at Gowlings' Hamilton Office comprised a 10,000 square foot addition and renovations to an existing Historical Building.

2005 Urban Design & Architecture Award: Excellence in Heritage Conservation

Scope of Work:

• Renovations and additions to a former Bank of Montreal Building, built in 1929 in the Beaux-Arts Style.
• Restore and replace the electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC systems, to fulfill tenant requirements.
• Replaced glazing systems, performed stonework maintenance, and re-roofed the building.
• Retrofit for new services and finishes to provide functionality and award-winning design.
• Major millwork and furnishing work completed.
