Scope of Work:

• Redevelopment of vacant manufacturing & office bulding into a state-of-the-art leasable office and laboratory-ready space.
• Construction of all base building landlord requirements including full replacement of architectural finishes and mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Window and door replacements, a skylight addition, roofing replacement, exterior wall insulation, and major brick repairs.
• Addition of two new passenger elevators and one new service elevator.
• Multi-phased tendering of sub-contracts to suit design phasing and budget allocations.
• Phased construction to accomodate existing tenant occupancy as well as new tenant move-ins.
