Commercial Development

This project involved the construction of a new two-storey, mixed-use commercial development on a 25,871 sq. ft. site. The 13,422 sq. ft. building features five retail units on the ground floor and two medical office spaces on the second floor.

The scope of work included the demolition of an existing residential structure, site excavation and grading, installation of an infiltration gallery, and construction of new site services. The building was constructed with concrete foundations, a steel structure, and an exterior envelope composed of stucco and stone systems. Interior fit-up work was completed for over 2,000 sq. ft. of tenant space.
