Pinty’s Oakville – Fire Recovery

This was an emergency recovery project for Olymel’s Pinty’s Oakville site, a plant with 3 manufacturing lines for chicken products. The work consisted of a fire restoration project and multi-phase rebuild. 

Construction: 
Selective demolition, fire remediation, and rebuild of the production facility, completed in phases to support the reinstatement of all three manufacturing lines. 

Key Work: 

• Precision demolition of damaged areas to prevent secondary damage 
• Off-site and on-site cleaning using power washing and dry ice blasting of all surfaces and equipment, including electronic components and HVAC systems 
• Reinstallation of insulated metal panel walls and ceilings, M&E reconnections, and refinishing of staff facilities 
• Replacement of the roof and structural rebuilding to fully enclose the plant 

This phased recovery ensures the safe, efficient reinstatement of production lines while maintaining Olymel’s strict food safety and operational standards
