R22 Replacement & Plant Upgrades

Upgrades to certain operational areas of the plant to ‘dust free’ status by means of building dust proof building enclosures around certain pieces of equipment in select areas.  In conjunction with enclosing certain areas, the plant will be removing a false ceiling in one section of the plant to eradicate any dust build up. 

Elimination of HVAC equipment and the replacement with new RTUs, chillers etc. This required an expansion to house some of this equipment and various other infrastructure upgrades: 

• New 1,000 square-foot utility building and cooling tower structure 
• Structural reinforcement of existing joists 
• The addition of a fire rated exit corridor at the trash compactor vestibule
• Various equipment replacement, and new HVAC equipment installation
